This powerful machine, with a capacity of 1.7 m3, injects Ozone up to concentrations of 25 ppm during a period of time that does not exceed 40 minutes to eliminate 99.9% of any pathogenic agent, be it viruses or bacteria.

The interior of ESTERILO O3 is made of stainless steel resistant to the strong oxidation of Ozone, inside, and in order to give the greatest structural resistance, “L” profiles are also available in stainless steel. The exterior of ESTERILO O3 is presented with a fine wood finish simulating a bedroom wardrobe. The machine has 4 resistant wheels for easy transfer.

ESTERILO O3 combines the internal pressure, the relative humidity and the ozone dosage in order to arrive at the total sterilization of the elements that require disinfection. For this reason, it has a manometer, a relative humidity meter, an electronic ozone measurement panel and two on and off lights for full control of the equipment by the operator.

According to studies published in specialized journals of advanced oxidation, it is necessary to reach concentrations between 20 to 25 ppm with an exposure of between 30 and 40 minutes to obtain a 99.9% elimination under watertight conditions. It is for this reason that ESTERILO O3 has a clinical laboratory-type security door that ensures sealing so that there are no gas leaks during the disinfection operation.
